Aircall is on a mission to revolutionize the business phone industry! For our German office based in Berlin, we are recruiting our Business Development Representative (Outbound) - DACH market. This is a role that enables individuals with high emotional intelligence and a competitive spirit to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally. This position will be based in our Paris office.

Your Role at Aircall:

  1. You will work in the sales team, side by side with an Account Executive, to find qualified business opportunities.
  2. You will research relevant markets (industries, customer segments, etc.) and gather key information about potential customers.
  3. Conduct outbound campaigns via email and phone.
  4. Understand the potential customer's business.
  5. Highlight the value of Aircall to spark curiosity and interest in our product.
  6. Schedule appointments with an Account Executive.
  7. Document all daily activities in Salesforce (You will receive Salesforce training).
  8. Regular travel to events with the team.
  9. You speak fluent German: You will write emails, make calls, and meet with prospects from the German market.
  10. Being bilingual in English is a plus.
  11. You have the willingness to develop your sales skills. The first two weeks, you will complete the Aircall Sales Academy, where you will receive continuous training and development.
  12. You possess strong organizational skills and time management.
  13. You are ready to work and grow in an international and diverse environment where we succeed as a team and support each other to achieve and exceed our goals.
