Carbon Maps is seeking a motivated intern to join the GTM team and drive pipeline development. You will prospect EU food and beverage accounts, conduct cold calls, and convert conversations into structured notes while learning AI-enabled GTM workflows.

You will gain real ownership from day one, receive direct mentorship from the Head of GTM, and work with the modern AI/automation stack used by leading GTM teams in a fast-growing climate tech startup.

Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate with a business, sales or marketing background.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Fast learner with ability to pick up new tools.
• Interest in sustainability or climate tech.
• Strong writing and phone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and enrich target accounts across EU food and beverage companies.
• Execute cold calls and handle objections in real time.
• Identify buying signals such as CSRD, SBTi, SKU changes, PPWR.
• Build and run outbound campaigns.
• Keep CRM data clean and up to date.
• Turn call transcripts into structured notes.
• Learn modern GTM engineering tools like Clay, Make, n8n and AI workflows.

About Carbon Maps

Carbon Maps is the food industry's product carbon footprint platform. ISO 14067 certified, TÜV-verified methodology. We help food and beverage companies measure, manage, and reduce the environmental impact of every SKU they make. Clients include E.Leclerc, Coopérative U, Żabka, Sodiaal, and Andros.

The role

You'll join our GTM team and work directly with the Head of GTM to build the pipeline. Real prospecting workflows, cold calls, outbound campaigns, your work turns into meetings booked with food industry decision-makers.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Final year or recent grad, business/sales/marketing background preferred
