Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 1 an dans un rôle similaire.

• Préparer et servir des boissons et des en-cas rapidement et avec précision.
• Gérer les commandes de fourniture et suivre les niveaux de stock.
• Assurer un excellent service client et maintenir une propreté impeccable.

Job Description

Bar Operation

• Ensure that the bar is set according to standards and procedures
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure accuracy
• Prepare and serve drinks and snacks promptly, maintaining proper temperatures
• Remember guest preferences for personalized service
• Create new beverages/cocktails to suit guest needs and promote sales
• Obtain guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure bills are accurate before presenting to guests for payment
• Thank guests upon departure
• Clean and tidy the bar area after service
• Report complaints or incidents to management
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Manage stock requisitions and inventory
• Prepare garnishes and maintain equipment
• Control costs effectively
• Conduct daily sales inventory and place orders for supplies

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all F&B services and hotel features
• Know hotel fire, safety, and emergency procedures
• Attend briefings, meetings, and training
• Arrive on time in uniform, maintaining personal hygiene
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Secondary / High school education
• Additional certifications in Food & Beverage are advantageous
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Basic skills in MS Excel and Word
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service
