Job Description

Bartender (Full Time)

Are you passionate about Food & Beverage and making guests’ experiences memorable? As a Bartender, you'll create unforgettable moments for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inform servers about availability.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Use computer systems for orders and reports.
• Manage inventory and stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
• Serve beverages according to hotel standards.
• Assist with running food for servers and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and participate in safety initiatives.
• Follow environmental policies and initiatives.

Physical Aspects of Position:

• Stand and walk constantly during shifts.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• At least three years of food and beverage experience, preferably in a restaurant or bar.
• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Hotel management diploma is a plus.
• Knowledge of wines, liquor, and beer.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and move carts.

Legally eligible to work in Canada; the hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
