Bartender (Full Time)
Are you passionate about Food & Beverage and making guests’ experiences memorable? As a Bartender, you'll create unforgettable moments for our guests.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of products and inform servers about availability.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Use computer systems for orders and reports.
- Manage inventory and stock ordering.
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
- Serve beverages according to hotel standards.
- Assist with running food for servers and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and participate in safety initiatives.
- Follow environmental policies and initiatives.
Physical Aspects of Position:
- Stand and walk constantly during shifts.
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- At least three years of food and beverage experience, preferably in a restaurant or bar.
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Hotel management diploma is a plus.
- Knowledge of wines, liquor, and beer.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and move carts.
Legally eligible to work in Canada; the hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
