About the role:

As a Barman, you will assist the Bar team in consistently providing impeccable service to guests. Living and breathing all things drinks, cocktails, and wines, you will aim to surprise, excite, and wow our guests through flair, charisma, and charm. You will be a key member of the team, delivering a magical and memorable experience for every guest.

What you will do:

1. Carry trays safely and correctly, clear and straighten tables.

2. Be familiar with the bar menu and each item, and know how to explain the drinks and the composition of cocktails and dishes to customers.

3. Manage stock effectively.

4. Create customized cocktails.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.

• Legal right to work in France at the time of application, with fluency in French and English.
