Job Description

As our next Bar Staff Member you will contribute to St James Bar's reputation as a premier destination for those seeking exceptional beverages and a warm, inviting atmosphere. In this role, you will deliver memorable service by consistently providing top-notch experiences for all guests, ensuring each visit is special. Your curiosity and passion for flavors, ingredients, and innovative cocktail creations will shine as you explore the world of mixology.

You will engage with guests using your cheerful, engaging personality, quickly building rapport with our diverse clientele. You will also maintain excellence in the bar's smooth operation, upholding high-quality service standards such as Forbes and LQA.

As a Bar Staff Member, you will enhance your product knowledge, staying informed about our beverage offerings, including drinks, snacks, and wine lists, allowing you to offer expert recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers.
2. Relevant work experience in a bar / restaurant / lounge environment is required.
3. You must be legally entitled to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this position).
