Bar Manager

Availability and international mobility for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Certifications

Diploma in catering or hotel industry and/or professional bartending experience in high volume service.

Language Skills

Fluent in English is compulsory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Experience

Experience in the function and in the management of a team required.

Contract Type

12 months contract.

Package

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.

You will

• Put forward the bar services and instore a personalised service to our guests.
• Organize and coordinate your team by giving them seasonal goals and supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards.
• Participate in optimizing the budgets of your services by handling expenses and improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profit source.
• Guarantee the quality of the bar services and ensure hygiene and safety rules.
• Integrate your team members within the Village’s team: identify their needs and organize training sessions for them to gain in competence.
