Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver banking solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending products
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loans with accuracy
• Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support branch operations, including teller transactions and cash handling
