Your opportunity

As WW Visual Merchandising Manager, you will collaborate to develop all aspects of Visual Merchandising, including visual storytelling and guidelines, ensuring compliance across the entire global network.

How you will contribute

• Support the Global Visual Merchandising Director in developing and implementing seasonal and training guidelines.
• Build partnerships with HQ departments such as studio, retail, wholesale, merchandising, and communication to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
• Ensure adherence to VM Guidelines within the Retail/Wholesale network through remote support, visits, and training.
• Participate in testing visual merchandising tools based on retail and wholesale needs and implement visual merchandising actions.
• Guide and support store openings, including VM layouts and tool orders, from planning to execution.
• Support special events, pop-ups, and other VM installations.
• Assist in showroom setup and preparations.
• Promote the use of the Yoobic app to enhance communication across regions and stores.
• Foster partnerships with HQ and global departments, including studio, retail, wholesale, and communication, to strengthen communication channels.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury and fashion industry.

You possess strong knowledge of current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, and analytical skills.

You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, a team player, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and flexible to travel internationally.
