Description du poste

You will join the Client Development & VIC Department and will be responsible for developing the client strategy, working closely with key departments such as Data & Analytics, Insight Team, Direct Marketing, Training, and Merchandising teams.

How you will contribute

  • Partner with Data & Analytics to identify key client growth opportunities and collaborate with Retail Performance to set sales targets.
  • Work with the Insight team to ensure retail activation and gifted clients align with the global client vision and development strategy to grow clients across segments.
  • Lead the 1:1 clienteling strategy in partnership with the Direct Marketing team, defining target regions for Activation & Gifting and driving results with regional teams.
  • Collaborate with training and merchandising to develop and implement a rollout plan for all client development activations, ensuring accuracy, simplicity, and adoption across retail stores, including key regional stakeholders.
  • Work with the Insight team to monitor client clustering through the clienteling app, improving targeting and outreach strategies throughout the year.
  • Support regions in defining and executing local strategies, focusing on key markets.
  • Conduct monthly client performance reviews with regional teams to drive actionable insights and decisions.
  • Monitor VIC KPIs, flagging inactive or dormant VICs, and ensure they are integrated into store tasks with assigned SAs.
  • Coordinate regional and HQ budgets to ensure the successful execution of in-store events and gifting initiatives.
  • Monitor regional results and provide insights to the Client Development and local teams.
  • Develop and oversee dashboards with the Insight team to track KPIs and inform action plans.
  • Lead regional efforts, leverage synergies, and promote user adoption of platforms in collaboration with the IT & Kering teams.
  • Research and benchmark new features and technological developments.
  • Work with the Insight team to develop, implement, and monitor VIC and client development dashboards tailored to regions, facilitating specific action plans.

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in French and English.
