Ampstek is looking for an experienced payments engineer in Paris to design and implement robust payment processing workflows, modules and APIs. You will work on card, wallet and PSP flows and connect to multiple partners in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities include enhancing resilience, performance and quality of the payment information system, implementing unit tests, and documenting APIs, while leveraging AI to accelerate time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Payment Processing Workflow.
• Experience designing and developing payment modules and APIs.
• Experience with card (CB), wallet, and PSP flows (authorization, capture, refund).
• Ability to implement unit tests and document APIs.

Job Description: The candidate profile must be very strong and should have solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Payment Processing Workflow. This is a mandatory requirement for us to proceed with evaluation.

• Participating in team rituals and collective craftsmanship

• payment method eligibility
• connectivity with multiple payment partners
• monetary transaction management
• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust payment APIs
• Contributing to card (CB), wallet, and PSP flows:

• Improving the resilience, performance, and quality of the payment information system
• Implementing unit tests
• Documenting the developed APIs
