A social app company located in central Paris is seeking a Software Engineer for their User Safety team. In this role, you will design and develop tools that ensure user safety, compliance, and effective data collection. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in trust and safety systems, proficiency in relevant programming languages, and a strong passion for enhancing user safety. The position offers a dynamic environment with ample vacation and relocation support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in trust and safety tooling or content moderation systems.
• Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language.
• Demonstrated passion for user safety, human moderation, AI moderation, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design and build highly-scalable, efficient platforms for trust and safety.
• Develop systems to enhance data collection and compliance.
• Create APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Ensure safety services have zero downtime.
