We are looking for a talented and experienced B2B2C Product Development Manager who not only drives the future of insurance and B2B2C embedded services innovation such orchestration platforms or digital solutions but also acts as a business-oriented sales professional. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and business-planning processes in driving product and digital solution planning.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.
• Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales for successful product launches.
• Create positioning and messaging that sets our orchestration platform apart.

This professional will be based in either Barcelona, Spain, or Malakoff, France!

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or related fields business oriented.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management focused on digital B2B2C e-commerce or platform solutions.
• Proven success in overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge business and technical needs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance market and emerging trends.
