The Job

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced German-speaking Outbound Callers to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This role focuses on lead engagement, not direct sales. All tools and training are provided.

  • Start Date: August 18, 2025
  • Contract Type: Freelance (100% remote)
  • Work Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday, between 9:00-17:00 CEST)
  • Daily Engagement: Approx. 6 hours/day

Compensation

  • Training: €13/hour
  • Active Calls: €14/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to existing and prospective clients
  • Engage contacts to assess interest and generate qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasting data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
