Culture Vitale in Paris is seeking a commission-based sales freelancer to acquire and manage B2B wellness/creativity experiences, joining a growing, human-centered B2B brand. You will prospect corporate decision-makers, present Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality, convert leads to bookings, and develop repeat business, with potential salaried/partnership opportunities for the right person.

The role offers full independence, unlimited commission on repeat clients, and marketing/proposal

Qualifications

• Sales experience in France.
• Commission-based earnings with ongoing commissions on repeat clients.
• Paris-based ideal and comfortable working remotely if needed.
• Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams).
• Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients.
• Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner.
• Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients.
