Mirakl in Paris is offering an internship in our Customer Success Consulting team. You will analyse client performance metrics and help shape strategic recommendations to optimise marketplace operations.

Fluent in French and English, you will collaborate with international teams, support process improvements, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise marketplaces. The role includes onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to growth opportunities within a fast-growing unicorn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business school, university or IEP.
• Internship experience in consulting, customer success or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews.
• Support development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure).
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence.
