Within the Supply & Offer Department, the B2B Marketing team aims to boost engagement and performance of our local partner agencies. We support their growth by delivering impactful communication, targeted training programs, and community-building initiatives.

We are seeking a B2B Marketing and Training Apprentice to strengthen our team. Your mission: help empower and support our partner agencies by leading talent recruitment initiatives and delivering high-impact enablement programs that boost capabilities, foster community, and enhance operational performance.

The B2B Marketing team

You will join a collaborative and international team of three passionate B2B marketers:

• Paula, Partner Enablement Manager, who will be your mentor, leads the team's enablement strategic initiatives, and guides program implementation.
• Alice, B2B Marketing Manager.

The team primarily works in English and collaborates across various projects dedicated to our local partner agencies.

Your role as B2B Marketing & Training Apprentice

Ready to make a real impact? Here's what you'll do:

• Support the Partner Enablement Strategy
• Contribute to designing and executing strategies that foster a sense of belonging among Evaneos partner agencies.
• Identify training needs across different agency profiles and segments.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver tailored group training programs.
• Support key initiatives like the Evaneos Recruitment Service (ERS) to help agencies attract and recruit top talent.

• Organize engaging virtual and in-person events to strengthen the partner network.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and help build a strong community spirit among all agency partners.
