Accor One Living (A1L) is an industry-first mixed-use platform, focused on the development and operation of branded residences. Job Description

B2B Marketing:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support and enhance A1L’s position as an industry leader and first choice mixed-use operator.
  • Collaborate with Development team’s marketing leaders to build awareness and profile of A1L on internal channels, Masterclass platform.
  • Lead generation & relationship management/nurturing – implement targeted campaigns and content to attract and engage new developer partners and key stakeholders.
  • Position A1L leaders within the industry via owned channels and earned media.
  • Enhance content for presentations including case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Plan and execute A1L participation in high-touch events, industry conferences, and private showcases for key partners (real estate industry leaders, developers, investors).
  • Manage key presentations including pitch decks, industry presentations, and kick-off meeting materials.

B2C Marketing:

  • Extend scope of PR strategies to position residential offerings and active projects.
  • Manage social media content calendar and coordinate with corporate and brand teams for regular content on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing & Digital teams to build campaigns targeting resident owners and UHNW clients, including dedicated ALL homeowners campaigns.
