Job summary

Deezer is seeking a motivated B2B Assistant to join our Accounting team in Paris for a 6-month internship, starting March. You will handle contracts with partners, assist with B2C revenue accounting, and support cash collection forecasting.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's in Finance/Accounting, proficient in Excel, familiar with ERP tools, and fluent in English. A team player with curiosity completes our dynamic, diverse environment at Deezer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Strong Excel proficiency in a professional setting.
• Experience with an IT/ERP tool is a plus.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admin and accounting related to contracts with French and foreign partners; regular communication with the Partnership and Controlling teams.
• Accounting, cleansing, and lettering of B2C revenue.
• Assist with forecasting cash collection for 3 months.
• Support internal control and automation of processes.
• Chase and collect overdue balances.
• Issue and distribute invoices for some customers.

Job Description

We are seeking a B2B Assistant to join our Accounting team of 6 people, reporting directly to our Senior AP Manager.

What you will do:

• Admin and accounting in relation to contracts with French and foreign partners, & Regular communication with the Partnership and the Controlling team.
• Accounting, cleaning, and lettering of B2C revenue.
• Helping with forecasting cash collection for 3 months.
• Helping with internal control and automation of processes.
• Chasing and collecting overdue balances.
• Issuing and distributing invoices for some customers.

This is a 6-month internship with a start date from March onwards.

This role is excellent for a person with :

• You are currently in a Master's degree program, ideally specialized in Finance/Accounting.
• You are able to use Excel in a professional environment.
• First experience using an IT/ERP tool is a plus.
• You are motivated, rigorous, and curious to discover a Finance department.
