360Learning is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure and automate our Azure/Kubernetes infrastructure. You will bridge security and platform engineering, building guardrails and responding to audits with measurable improvements.

You will work in a senior, fast-moving team driving automation, vulnerability management and detection coverage across the stack, with a strong emphasis on secure defaults and production-ready tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering with a security focus.
• Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers.
• Strong cloud experience, ideally Azure; AWS or Google Cloud welcomed.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform; GitOps workflows.
• Scripting and automation using Python or Go; shell.
• Log analysis with cloud audit logs and SIEM awareness.
• Fluent English (US/UK) with FR at B2 level or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Autonomous on AKS and Azure; handle infra-related alerts end to end.
• Ship concrete hardening or automation improvements in production.
• Own infrastructure scope of vulnerability management from triage to remediation.
• Manage detection content as code with reviewed rules and runbooks.
• Automate audit evidence for the infrastructure scope.
• Eliminate long-lived credentials on critical paths.
