AXAIM Prime, une plateforme d'actifs privés, recherche un stagiaire au sein de son équipe NAV Financing. Ce stage offre une occasion unique de travailler sur des modèles financiers et d'analyser des opportunités d'investissement dans un environnement international. 4. Profile

Education / Qualifications:

• Interest in private equity and financial modeling.
• Final year of a master's degree in economics, engineering, or statistics.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong integrity, self-starter attitude, and a positive mindset.
• Team player with the capacity for independent work.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

2. Description of the department

AXA IM Prime is the private assets platform of AXA IM, offering investments in private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and hedge funds.

We provide diversified sources of private market returns through primary investments, secondaries, co-investments, NAV financing, and GP minority stakes solutions.

Through partnerships with top fund managers, we tailor investment solutions for institutional investors and wealth managers supporting long-term sustainable growth.

Our seasoned team manages EUR 30 billion of alternative assets, with EUR 5 billion of commitments annually to be deployed over the next three years.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

As an intern within the NAV Financing team, you will support the development of a cash flow forecasting model for private equity funds, analyze potential investment opportunities, and contribute to asset portfolio monitoring.

More specifically:

• Assist in developing a data-driven cash flow forecasting model based on past performance to enhance financial modeling of NAV transactions.
• Analyze credit opportunities by reviewing information materials and due diligence reports, assessing credit merits and risks.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, including cash flow and debt structures, along with sensitivity analysis and valuation assessments.
• Evaluate debt structures and terms, reviewing term sheets and credit agreements.
• Participate in preparing credit memos.
• Support the execution and closing of investments, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance of investments and perform quarterly valuations and reporting.
