2. Description of the department
The Management, Securitized & Structured Assets team consists of 32 people (managers, analysts, business developers, IT & modelling). The team manages €36bn of CLOs, ABSs, ILS, Mortgages etc. through funds in various formats, for institutional and family office clients.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

Reporting directly to the Mortgages & Specialty Finance management and structuring team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Mark-to-model reporting and valuation of managed portfolios
• Quantitative data analysis, developing and/or maintaininng quantitative decision support tools
• ESG scoring and carbon footprint assessment of collateral assets
• Monitoring the European property and mortgage markets (publications/ bank research/ rating agency reports, etc.)
• Implementation of VBA/Excel/Python tools for the analysis of collateral portfolios
• Contribution to presentations and business development efforts for existing and prospective investors
• Helping to improve external (for clients) and internal reporting

4. Profile
Education/Qualifications
- University or Engineering school degree from a top institution with background in Math, Physics, Finance or Computer Science

Experience
- Proven quantitative analysis experience gained in an asset management or financial markets environment

Competencies
- Candidate must be efficient, proactive, well organised and have high attention to detail
- Coding, programming languages such as Python/R/Excel, VBA..
- Candidate will be asked to demonstrate some degree of autonomy to be able to respond in a timely fashion to urgent requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, very thorough mind and capacity for synthesizing
- Fluent in English
- Curious
- Rigorous
