Core Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of Call Center professionals focused on selling insurance products to customers within the mortgage servicing portfolio. Manage performance, foster development and provide mentoring to employees.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service standards.
- Build a results-driven sales culture within a call center environment, emphasizing performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive high conversion rates across both portfolio-based and consumer-direct lead channels.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products to support team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals and budget expectations related to insurance sales performance.
- Set clear productivity benchmarks, monitor performance through reporting and allocate resources to achieve or surpass established targets.
- Ensure adherence to insurance compliance standards and recommend policy updates as needed.
- Maintain full compliance with State and Federal regulations, including RESPA and TCPA requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular production and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Design and implement insurance-specific training programs, including ongoing development initiatives to ensure consistent team readiness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and sales volume.
- Lead and/ or participate in team projects and initiatives including the development of new sales strategies through collaborative planning and performance analysis.
- Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes and practices to include successful completion all department and company required training.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations.
- Ensure audit and control processes are current and followed in compliance with Fay’s policies, department objectives, federal and state requirements.
- Role model ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
- Ensure demonstrated behaviors align with Fay's Values and Operating Principles.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
- 5+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and sales strategies
- 3+ years’ experience managing people and leading call center sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using CCaaS platforms to enhance customer engagement
- Experience using Salesforce, Five9, carrier portals and similar industry-standard tools
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
