Avocat/Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle H/F (CDI), Bordeaux

Location: Bordeaux, France

VIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search, a leader in recruiting executives and specialists in France and internationally, is seeking a JURISTE GENERALISTE H/F for its client, a major foreign Agro-Food Group developing its Grand Wines division. The company owns two premium vineyards and is expanding through acquisitions in France and outside Europe.

As part of the ambitious viticultural project, the role involves providing comprehensive legal support (360°). Working closely with the Château Director, the Group owner, and external consultants, you will play a key role in securing legal aspects of acquisitions, ongoing management, and long-term development of vineyard properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Real estate & land rights: Conduct legal due diligence during acquisitions, analyze titles, servitudes, and cadastral constraints. Coordinate with notaries, cadastre, SAFER, and relevant authorities.
• Agricultural & environmental law: Advise on compliance with vineyard/agricultural regulations.
• Commercial & contractual law: Draft and negotiate service, distribution, and partnership agreements. Provide advice on wine export, intellectual property, and licensing issues.
• Labor & social law: Draft and review employment contracts (seasonal and permanent). Advise on HSE compliance. Manage disputes in social, civil, and administrative areas.
• Corporate & tax law: Support the creation, restructuring, or liquidation of entities (SAS, SARL, etc.). Optimize the group's legal structure nationally and internationally.

Requirements: Strong legal background with specialization in wine law, successful experience in a law firm or company, mastery of legal specifics related to wine and properties, and excellent analytical skills. Fluent legal English is mandatory; international experience with foreign investors is a plus. The environment offers professional growth and multicultural enrichment.
