What we offer:
Our 'Financial Services' department, recognized internationally and composed of over 50 legal and fiscal professionals, serves major French and international clients, managing daily tax affairs, reorganization projects, compliance, audits, and disputes.
Under the guidance of specialists in financial law and taxation, you will work on topics such as corporate tax, transactional taxes, sector-specific taxes, indirect taxes, and emerging issues like Pillar 2 and ESG. You will assist in preparing tax Due Diligence for M&A transactions, and contribute to innovative digital solutions tailored to clients in insurance, banking, and investment services sectors.
You will also participate in organizing major conferences and contribute articles on current fiscal issues relevant to the financial sector.
We value agility, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to an inclusive environment. You will collaborate with audit, consulting, and financial teams on large-scale projects, working in both French and English.
Candidate Profile:
Must hold a CAPA qualification and a postgraduate degree in Business Law or Taxation, with at least 5 years of experience in a law firm or financial sector company, including exposure to financial sector taxation. Fluency in English is essential.
Key qualities include analytical and synthesis skills, strong writing abilities, familiarity with new technologies, managerial skills, teamwork, and a passion for developing young talent. An interest in financial services and business development is also important.
