As a Tech Lead, you will oversee software development projects, implement Backstage, and leverage open-source technologies to streamline our workflows. You will mentor developers, ensure technical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Technical Expertise

• Architect and implement scalable software solutions.
• Integrate and customize Backstage to meet developer portal needs.
• Utilize open source tools and contribute to relevant projects.
• Enhance the developer experience using Backstage, developing plugins and extensions.
• Engage with the open source community, staying updated with trends and best practices.
• Optimize Backstage performance and ensure it aligns with team requirements.

Project Management

• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

The Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong proficiency with Backstage, including setup and customization.
• Experience with open source technologies.
• Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g., Git, CI / CD pipelines).
