Skywise, wholly owned by Airbus, is seeking a Safety Officer to join the Safety, Quality & Certification team within OPEX. You will define SMS objectives, perform risk assessments, monitor safety indicators, and promote a just culture across functions to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations in a hybrid work setting based in Blagnac.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation safety/quality, an engineering degree, strong PPS/5 Whys/ PFMEA skills, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Safety, Quality, Operations, or Engineering in aviation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Define Safety Objectives and SMS governance across Skywise functions and products.
• Conduct Safety Risk Management and root cause analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor Safety Performance Indicators and oversee SMS operations reviews.
• Promote a positive Safety Culture and encourage speaking up.
