Prepare and participate in SMS operation reviews and alignment meetings with SMS representatives and OPEX. Escalate critical or cross‑functional systemic safety risks to upper management levels or the Airbus SMS network when local resolution requires additional support.
  • Safety Promotion & Culture: Promote a positive Safety Culture and uphold Just & Fair Culture principles across local operational teams. Encourage employee engagement in reporting safety concerns without fear of retribution. Deliver global safety awareness briefings and team talks. Share lessons learned, best practices, and communication materials locally to maintain high safety awareness.
