Crystal Aero Solutions seeks a Quality Engineer / QSE Coordinator to uphold and improve the quality, safety, and regulatory framework within its Paris area MRO operations.

You will monitor compliance with EASA Part 145/Part M and coordinate internal audits, document control, and corrective actions across sites, contributing to an ISO-like QSE culture with strong emphasis on risk prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Part 145 environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 / Part M / CAMO / Part 66 regulations.
• Proficiency in English (reading procedures, audit reports).

Responsabilités

• Ensure regulatory compliance and performance of the quality system across all MRO sites.
• Deploy and maintain the quality system, regulatory compliance, and safety (Part 145).
• Plan, execute, and follow up on internal audits (quality and safety) and manage corrective actions.
• Manage documents (MOE, manuals, procedures) and regulatory monitoring per authority requirements (OSAC/DGAC).
• Assist in managing APRS certifications and monitor files of certified personnel.
• Support relations with oversight authorities (OSAC/DGAC) and manage approval evolutions.
• Ensure compliance of maintenance activities, including subcontractors.
• Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) and risk management.
• Participate in implementing the QSE policy and continuous process improvement.
• Monitor QSE indicators and drive improvement actions.
