Jet Aviation is seeking a Senior Manager Safety & Security to lead Q/EHS across its European Fixed Base Operations network. This role focuses on compliance with international standards and French EHS regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or a related field, with over 5 years in Q/EHS positions and leadership experience in aviation. Fluent in both French and English, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Q/EHS roles within aviation or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience in quality and safety (minimum 2 years).
• Deep expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS) (Part ARGH, ISBAH or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with aviation standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across the network, focusing on practical and effective process enhancements.
• Lead interactions with regulators and auditors, ensuring professional and confident representation.
