The Recruitment Company is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a global organisation in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and aviation sector. You will support customers throughout the sales and order process, handling quotations, orders, and coordinating shipments.

You will work with shipping, pricing and programme management to ensure timely information and a high level of service. This role requires excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, and is on-site at

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B customer service or distribution.
• Experience handling a high volume of SKUs.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on processes, customer satisfaction and delivering value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at customer facilities when required.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer quotations and orders in line with standard procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate shipments and documentation with the Shipping Department.
• Prepare and maintain sales process documentation and customer accounts.
• Proactively follow up on open orders and provide timely updates.
• Support sourcing and identification of products for customer requests.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Programme teams to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Assist with tenders and specific customer requests with Program Manager.
• Provide additional administrative and customer support as required.
