Une entreprise maritime de premier plan recherche un Ingénieur des Opérations au Sol pour son équipe à l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle. Vous serez responsable de la documentation, de la mise en œuvre et de la surveillance des normes de sécurité, en collaboration avec des équipes internes et externes. Avec un diplôme d'ingénieur ou un Master, vous avez une expérience dans le secteur et un niveau d'anglais avancé. Vous bénéficierez d'un contrat exécutif et d'opportunités de voyage international.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master avec 2-5 ans d'expérience dans l'aviation.
  • Connaissance des normes ICAO et IATA.
  • Niveau d'anglais avancé écrit et parlé requis.

Responsabilités

  • Documenter et surveiller les procédures de sécurité.
  • Assurer la conformité des opérations au sol.
  • Coopérer avec les fournisseurs de services pour maintenir les normes de qualité.

Aviation - Ground Operations Engineer (M/F)

Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering.

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft . Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs, which we own.

Reporting to the Ground Operations Director, the Ground Operations Engineer is tasked with documenting, implementing and monitoring standards and procedures, to ensure the safety and compliance of the ground operations activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, maintain and improve ground operations manuals, other documents, develop procedures
  • Monitor the daily performance of the Ground Service Providers, ensuring the continued delivery of high service standards
  • Work with internal and external auditors, liaise with auditees. Implement or supervise the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions for audit and inspection findings.
  • Conduct inspections in the operational areas of service providers.
  • Identify trends and address areas of improvements in a predictive manner.
  • Maintain a close and productive cooperation with the safety, compliance, quality and operational teams of Ground Service Providers, Airport Operators.
  • Oversee application of Service Level Agreements
  • Cooperate with the different departments of CMA CGM Air Cargo to ensure uniform safety management practices
  • Support or lead projects relevant to the ground operations area, as directed
  • Attend internal and external meetings, representing CMA CGM Air Cargo Ground Operations
  • Contribute daily to the continuous improvement of the safety management system

The duties may include other relevant tasks, according to the trainings and capabilities of the candidate. The duties include occasional international travel.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Graduate engineer or holder of a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience at an airline, airport, or ground handling company; or at least 5 years of operational experience at an airline, airport, or ground handling company.
  • Experience in the aviation safety, compliance or quality areas
  • Experience with cargo aircraft and ramp operations
  • Knowledge of ICAO and IATA standards
  • Valid IATA DGR CBTA 7.3 certificate is an advantage
  • Knowledge of de/anti-icing procedures and requirements is an advantage
  • Knowledge of aviation security procedures and requirements is an advantage
  • Auditor experience is an advantage
  • Master’s Degree in a technical field is an advantage
  • Language: English, advanced level, written & spoken is a must.

CONDITIONS :

  • Job based in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport
  • Executive contract with fixed working days
  • The duties include occasional international travel.
