Job summary

ACC - Automotive Cells Company is seeking an MES AVEVA Tech Lead to develop, maintain, and improve AVEVA System Platform-based MES solutions for battery manufacturing at our site in Hauts-de-France. You will act as a technical reference within the MES team, driving architectural standards and lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Manufacturing IT, MES, or Industrial Digitalization.
• 3+ years hands-on AVEVA System Platform development.
• Experience in MES development teams delivering complex MES solutions.
• Experience with external system integrators or partners desirable.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing.
• Courteous English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong technical problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve MES applications and integrations for battery manufacturing.
• Analyze AVEVA MES and custom .NET solutions developed by internal/external teams.
• Adopt development best practices, coding standards, peer reviews, testing, and release management.
• Plan development efforts and delivery aligned with production priorities.
• Support MES enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for MES issues and incidents.
• Act as technical reference for AVEVA MES technologies and lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within ACC.
