ACC - Automotive Cells Company is seeking an experienced AVEVA MES / MoM Architect to define and govern the architecture of ACC's AVEVA-based MES ecosystem for Gigafactory operations.

You will lead architecture reviews, establish standards and reusable patterns, mentor MES developers, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Data and Cybersecurity teams to build a sustainable, internally owned platform.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, MoM, or industrial software engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on AVEVA System Platform architecture and development experience.
• Experience transitioning from outsourced delivery to internal ownership and operational autonomy.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments with high availability and production-critical systems.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain the target-state architecture of ACC's MES and MoM ecosystem.
• Define the architecture vision, technology roadmap, and evolution strategy for Gigafactory operations.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reusable frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and act as the design authority for major MES / MoM initiatives.
• Govern technical debt, lifecycle management, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Drive evolution for new production lines and future digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISA-95/ISA-88, cybersecurity standards, and manufacturing best practices.
