Pierre Fabre Laboratories is looking for a Field Sales Representative to promote our dermo-cosmetics brands to pharmacies and parapharmacies across France. You will manage orders, drive promotions, and train pharmacy teams to maximize sell-in and sell-out.

We value 3+ years in pharma or retail pharma sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with office tools. An attractive compensation package includes bonuses, 13th month and mutual insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally in pharmacy or parapharmacy
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with office software and tools

Responsibilities

• Visit defined sector and pharmacies to promote brand products
• Manage and secure orders; optimize restocking
• Train and involve pharmacy teams and manage BtoB influencers
• Prepare reports and summaries of growth levers and actions
• Use marketing supports to ensure effective sales visits
