• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a crèche or 3 years as an assisted maternal helper
• Salary: EUR 1800,00 - 1900,00
• Start date: April 2025

Context

We are seeking an Auxiliaire petite enfance (H/F) to join us starting from April 2025.

Role

The Auxiliaire Petite Enfance is attached to a micro-crèche and reports directly to the Technical Referent of the micro-crèche. They ensure the safety and well-being of the children entrusted to them, collaborate with the manager and team, and contribute to the development of the establishment's objectives and projects.

Responsibilities

With Children

• Implement the educational and pedagogical project
• Provide individualized care for children and their families
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety of children
• Respect each child's rhythms
• Propose and organize activities suited to children's needs and interests
• Maintain cleanliness of premises and materials daily
• Prepare for meals and rest times

Operational

• Check the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the structure at closing
• Report any issues to the Technical Referent
• Monitor stock levels of supplies, toys, and equipment

• Work effectively within the team

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Auxiliaire de Puériculture or CAP Petite Enfance with at least 2 years of experience in a crèche
• Or a diploma as an Assistante Maternelle with at least 3 years of experience

Work Schedule

• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
