Auxiliaire de puériculture (H/F) - This position is based in ASNIERES-SUR-SEINE.

The early childhood department welcomes 786 children daily across 15 municipal nurseries, each accommodating between 25 and 60 cradles.
Within a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in implementing the educational project, animate awakening activities, provide daily care, and monitor children from 3 months to 3 years, offering personalized care to promote their development and well-being within the community.
Your Missions include:
- Welcoming children and families with kindness, assisting with separation during adaptation periods and handovers.
- Creating conditions for children's well-being (emotional and physical security, space management, respecting rhythms, continuity of care).
- Listening, observing, and adjusting your approach based on children's needs; verbalizing to reassure.
- Supporting children in various acquisitions (meals, diaper changes, sleep, activities).
- Participating in the development and implementation of activity projects for children.
- Applying hygiene and safety rules (cleaning toys, mats, etc.).
- Contributing to the development of the establishment's project and various service projects.
- Training and supervising interns and apprentices.
- Under the supervision of the pediatric nurse, health and inclusive reception referent, midwife, or doctor, administer prescribed treatments by delegation.
- Knowing protocols, PAI, and HACCP standards.
- Paying special attention to sick children.
- Ensuring authorized persons pick up children.
- Respecting dietary regimes (age, specific conditions).
- Participating in cleaning tasks (tables, chairs, trash, etc.).
- Occasionally assisting with tasks like setting up beds, laundry, or preparing snacks.

Your working time:
- Statutory or contractual pathway.
- 39-hour workweek cycle.
- Variable hours between 8:00 and 18:30, rotating shifts.
