Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee fleet operations for autonomous vehicle and robotaxi services across Europe. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleet readiness and scaling for testing programs and commercial deployments.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive operational KPIs, and partner with engineering and product teams to launch new city depots and expand fleets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/automotive/transport operations.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles or robotaxi fleets (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready for testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
• Oversee robotaxi depot operations and ensure safety, efficiency, organization.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff.
