TSMG is seeking a Depot Specialist to support AV and robotaxi fleets across Europe from a dedicated depot. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready for daily operations, coordinating readiness with Safety Operators and Technicians.

This hands-on role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts in indoor and outdoor environments, with comprehensive training provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, and deployment-ready before shift.
• Verify camera, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows, and interiors.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-shift inspections.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety standards.
• Record vehicle status and fleet readiness.
• Escalate maintenance concerns to technicians.
