TSMG is seeking a Depot Specialist to support autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets from a dedicated depot in Europe. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected and ready for deployment, handling preparation, inventory management and day-to-day depot operations.

This hands-on role requires strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and prior AV experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving electric and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected and deployment-ready before each shift.
• Verify vehicle exterior and interior condition and simple functionality.
• Support vehicle dispatch, movement, parking, charging and staging.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Record vehicle status, charging information and operational observations.
