MSX International in Poissy is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Agent Level 2 for advanced technical support in automotive diagnostics. The role demands collaboration with dealer networks to resolve complex issues, driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of automotive systems, experience in aftersales, and proficiency in OEM diagnostic tools. This position offers a full-time schedule at the customer site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive aftersales and diagnostics.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for Level 2 technical escalations.
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues using OEM tools.
• Coordinate with engineering and suppliers to define corrective actions.
• Analyze case trends and recommend preventive measures.
• Create and deliver technical training to improve dealer capability.
