Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years of experience, is looking for you to join our Team, as Automation Technician Apprentice.

You will assist technicians in the design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems, support program development, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to maintenance and documentation. French required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Bac + 2 in automation; Bac +3 in automation or similar is a plus.
• Language skills: French required; English is a plus.
• Technical skills: Experienced in automation positions (2+ years).

Responsabilités

• Assist technicians in designing, programming, and commissioning automated systems.
• Support development and optimization of automation programs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving automation and control issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance of automated equipment.
• Assist in integration and testing of sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Support production teams in solving technical problems.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, procedures, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, IT and production on automation projects.

Automation Technician Apprentice

Main Responsabilities:

• Assist the technicians in the design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems.
• Support the development and optimization of programs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving automation and control system issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities on automated equipment.
• Assist in the integration and testing of sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Support production teams in identifying and solving technical problems.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of technical documentation, procedures, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, IT and production teams on automation projects.

Minimum requirements:

Academic Background : Bac + 2 in automation aquired. Preparation of a bac +3 in automation or similar.

Language Skills: French. English is a plus.

Technical Skills: Experienced person (at least two years) in similar position.

Soft skills: Dynamic, analytical, organized person who contributes innovative ideas and continuous improvement. Oriented towards quality and detail. Ability to synthesize and draw conclusions.Teamwork. Collaborative attitude and proactivity.
