Persán S.A. seeks a proactive automation assistant to support the design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems in a dynamic environment. You will help develop and optimize control programs and participate in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in a similar role, Bac + 2 in automation (Bac + 3 preferred), and fluency in French with English as a bonus. Based in Saint-Vulbas, join a growing international project team.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Bac + 2 in automation, with Bac + 3 in automation or equivalent being advantageous.
• French language required; English is a plus.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Dynamic, analytical, organized, and proactive with a focus on quality and detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist technicians in design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems.
• Support development and optimization of control programs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolve automation issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance of automated equipment.
• Assist in integration and testing of sensors, HMIs, actuators, and industrial networks.

Main Responsabilities:

• Assist the technicians in the design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems.
• Support the development and optimization of programs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving automation and control system issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities on automated equipment.
• Assist in the integration and testing of sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Support production teams in identifying and solving technical problems.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of technical documentation, procedures, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, IT and production teams on automation projects.

Minimum requirements:

• Academic Background: Bac + 2 in automation aquired. Preparation of a bac +3 in automation or similar.
• Language Skills: French. English is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experienced person (at least two years) in similar position.
• Soft skills: Dynamic, analytical, organized person who contributes innovative ideas and continuous improvement. Oriented towards quality and detail. Ability to synthesize and draw conclusions.Teamwork. Collaborative attitude and proactivity.
