Persán, a multinational home care and personal care producer, is seeking an automation technician for our Saint-Vulbas site to assist in designing, programming, and commissioning automated systems. You will support development and optimization of programs, participate in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the integration of sensors, actuators, HMIs and industrial networks.

French is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Bac + 2 in automation; preparation for Bac +3 in automation or equivalent.
• French language required; English is a plus.
• At least two years' experience in a similar position.

Responsabilités

• Assist the technicians in the design, programming, and commissioning of automated systems.
• Support the development and optimization of programs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving automation and control system issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities on automated equipment.
• Assist in the integration and testing of sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Support production teams in identifying and solving technical problems.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of technical documentation, procedures, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, IT and production teams on automation projects.

Main Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Language Skills

French. English is a plus.

Technical Skills

Experienced person (at least two years) in similar position.
