Qualifications

Description du poste

Our opportunity is based at the Chartres production site.

Our Department

You will be reporting to the Operational Readiness Manager. As Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise the ramp-up of 2 assembly lines and 2 packaging lines.


The Position

  • Lead the ramp-up of OT systems for two assembly lines and two packaging lines, ensuring optimal operation. Manage project priorities and resources to ensure success within established parameters and be responsible for the IT and OT security of the lines.
  • Coordinate internal and external personnel to ensure effective startup execution, with direct reporting for external resources.
  • Identify and prioritize problem areas, ensuring that issues related to line stoppages due to IT/OT/MES are addressed quickly and effectively. Monitor and analyze key performance measures and indicators related to line stoppages (related to IT/OT/MES), providing information and recommendations for continuous improvement. Document incidents and solutions.
  • Ensure the skill development of 1st Level Support and operational teams on the lines and prepare and coordinate technical line stoppages for change installation.
  • Complete the handover to routine teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Profile:

  • You have a master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in project management of automated production lines/ramp-up in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • You have basic knowledge of systems, PLC programming, SCADA, MES, and IT infrastructure.
  • You will be working in an international group, and fluency in English is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
