Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance professional to operate and maintain equipment across multiple processes, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, support new product development, and lead at least one standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach while observing rigorous safety and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance.
• Knowledge of AM Step 4 and maintenance standards.
• Experience leading a standard work process using a PDCA approach.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets.
• Apply autonomous and progressive maintenance to equipment and support new product development.
• Ensure safety processes and perform quality assurance activities.
• Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
