Job summary

Vinted is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to own maintenance across new equipment projects, including the MRS1 cross-belt sorter, at a warehouse site with regular travel to OEM premises for commissioning.

You will build the equipment technical file, manage spare parts, and write preventive maintenance plans while training technicians and managing escalations with OEMs and integrators. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

Engineering degree (Master's / Bac+5) in automation, electrical, mechatronics or industrial engineering, or Bac+2/3 with equivalent proven experience.
At least 3–5 years' experience in equipment engineering, automation or maintenance in highly automated environments.
Fluent French and professional English (OEMs and Vinted Go network work in English).

Responsibilities

Represent Maintenance in every phase of new equipment projects (incl. MRS1 sorter) from design reviews to FAT/SAT, commissioning and ramp-up.
Define and verify maintenance acceptance criteria and obtain mandatory sign-off before handover.
Build and own the equipment technical file, CMMS asset hierarchy and spare-parts strategy.
Write preventive maintenance plans and troubleshooting guides; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
Train operations teams and act as level-2/level-3 technical expert on site and remotely.
Own escalations with OEMs and integrators, guiding diagnoses with data and facts.
