About the role

We are recruiting a motivated and curious Senior Automation Developer to strengthen our strategic management within the Delivery IOO entity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing processes suitable for automation in collaboration with managers and operational teams.
• Developing, testing, and maintaining robust and efficient automation bots and scripts (RPA, Python, Power Automate, etc.).
• Automating recurring business processes such as report generation, data refresh, notifications, batch jobs, etc.
• Ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Conducting technical testing phases (pre-UAT) and supporting teams during UAT and deployment.
• Providing support and continuous improvement for automated solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Lead, and automation developers based in Mauritius to ensure methodological alignment and coherent prioritization.
• Contributing to training and fostering automation awareness among Delivery teams, including using generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Dinootoo, and no-code/low-code platforms to promote a mindset of autonomy and innovation, even among non-technical profiles.

About you

In this role, you are expected to:

• Proficiency in automation languages and tools such as Python, Power Automate, or RPA scripting to design robust and sustainable solutions.
• Ability to prioritize developments, organize deliveries, and manage multiple projects within a structured framework.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Propose innovative solutions, integrating AI tools as needed, focusing on continuous improvement and simplification.
• Comfort with agile methodologies, working in short iterations, adapting solutions based on user feedback, and collaborating effectively with PO, Scrum Lead, and technical teams.
• Pedagogical, autonomous, and team-oriented approach to share knowledge and engage stakeholders in automation initiatives.

Additional information

Within the context of digital transformation and process industrialization, you play a key role in automating recurring tasks within Delivery IOO. By developing robust automation solutions (RPA, scripts, intelligent agents), you contribute to operational efficiency, risk reduction, and team time valorization.

You will also participate in integrating generative AI solutions (ChatGPT, Dinootoo) to address performance optimization and user experience challenges.
