Join the international team in Octeville or Reichstett inside the Automation 4.0 team, interacting with Automation colleagues in order to help to the evolution and standardization of the automation processes! Sidel is looking for an Automation 4.0 Project Manager to work on Transversal Projects.
Your Mission
Your Profile
We are looking for a professional with a Master’s degree in Automation, IT, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in automation engineering.
You are fluent in both French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. You have solid skills in PLC programming (TIA Portal, B&R Automation Studio, Rockwell Studio 5000) and are comfortable reading and analyzing electrical schematics. Experience with motion systems, mechatronic principles, and tools like TIA Portal or Automation Studio will be highly valued.
Knowledge of safety systems, industrial networking, cybersecurity, GitHub, and simulation tools is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Lean methodology is also appreciated.
You’re proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP, and you bring a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset. You work independently, manage projects effectively, and are ready to travel up to 10% of the time.
