Une entreprise leader de la mobilité recherche un Automatic Train Control Leader basé à Saint-Ouen. Ce rôle implique de diriger une équipe fonctionnelle pour déployer un système de contrôle automatique sur des projets urbains, en assurant la qualité et la sécurité des livraisons. Le candidat idéal est un ingénieur Bac+5 avec une expérience en gestion de projet dans des secteurs techniques. Qualifications

• Ingénieur avec expérience opérationnelle dans un domaine technique (ferroviaire, aéronautique, etc.).
• Connaissances des méthodologies d'ingénierie système et développement logiciel.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et international.

Responsabilités

• Diriger l'équipe de déploiement et les activités du système ATC.
• Gérer l'interface avec les tiers et assurer le respect des engagements QCD.
• Suivre le plan de livraison du projet jusqu'à la mise en service.

Automatic Train Control Leader F/H

The Automatic Train Control (ATC) is the signalling system which ensure the protection and automatic piloting of trains.

Attached to the ATC department (60 collaborators) within the Digital & Integrated System France, the leader is in charge to lead a functional team and deploy the ATC subsystem on Urban (metro) projects.

Responsibilities

The ATC leader is in charge to:

• Lead the deployment team and activities of the ATC subsystem workpackage in the respect of QCD commitments, across various functions within and out of the ATC department
• Interface with 3rd parties (others departements within Alstom, customer, Rolling Stock supplier...)
• Implement the project delivery plan with respect to ATC activities up to revenue service, including QCD management, quality and safety of the deliveries Specifications and requirement management Data preparation and verification Validation & test follow-up Onboard installation studies and hardware developments when needed Investigations and problem solving across all project phases
• Follow the applicable process and standards and contribute to their improvements
• Report to metier and project management

Profile

• Engineer (Bac+5) with operational lead experience in railway, aeronautics, nuclear or automotive
• Interest in technology, knowledge in system Engineering and/or software development methodologies, configuration and change management Development of complex industrial systems with V-Cycle, ideally safety related
• Desirable knowledge of railway signalling domain, and ideally CBTC.
• Comfortable in multicultural / international environment. English is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal skills including leadership
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate with executives and customers
• Eager to participate and contribute to continuous improvement.
• QCD management (in particular: ability to lead transversally engineering teams)
• Ability to work transversally and internationally with different teams
• System engineering methodology
• Change Management
• Proactivity
